Client Story:
Ms. Y. is an experienced Import/ Export Operation/Documentation Clerk from China, who immigrated to Canada in 2009. Her job goal is to be an Administrative Clerk.
From the information her Case Manager gathered during the initial contact, she needed to know more about the LMI/occupation and to develop job search skills for the local labour market. The MOSAIC Case Manager referred her to our 4-week intensive Job Search Program: Career Connections to develop job search strategies and skills.
During the job search process, her Case Manager kept on sending her job leads and job fairs information while following-up with her regularly. She successfully landed an Administrative Clerk job with Citizenship & Immigration Canada. Ms. Y. really appreciated our service and assistance.
