Taking a test can be a stressful experience for your client. Please make sure they know the location of the test, so that they can arrive on time and begin their test as scheduled.
MOSAIC does have several locations on Commercial Drive in Vancouver. MOSAIC CLBPT testing takes place at Room 206, 2555 Commercial Drive - just beside the Broadway Skytrain station. The cross-street is East 10th Avenue.
Clients arrive for their test as scheduled. Clients must show photo identification such as a Permanent Resident Card or BC Driver’s License.
The CLBPT consists of a speaking and listening test, a writing test, and a reading test – and takes approximately 1½ hours in total.
Immediately after the test, clients are given a copy of their results, e.g. Listening 6/ Speaking 7/ Reading 6/ Writing 8.
The test result is also sent to the counselor/case manager within one business day, accompanied by available additional information that may help you interpret the CLB test results.
