NEWCOMERS BUILD NETWORKS AT MOSAIC
Twelve clients who found jobs through MOSAIC shared their stories with job seekers at a recent MOSAIC Networking Event.
Job seekers heard from clients who found employment about the barriers they overcame, the challenges they faced in job searching, and finally their successes in finding employment.
One of the challenges newcomers to Canada face is the lack of social networks in their new country. Most jobs are found in Canada through the connections that people make. So, MOSAIC’s Networking events not only provide useful information and inspire job seekers, but they also help newcomers build their networks.
If you’d like to be part of MOSAIC’s Case Management Services which organizes these Networking Events, please Contact us at 604 708 9300 and ask to speak to a Case Manager.
