Research
and Development Unit
The Research
and Development Unit consist of staff members with backgrounds in
research and experience in the settlement of immigrants and
refugees. In collaboration with community
organizations, post-secondary colleges, universities, research
institutions, foundations and governments, the Unit’s members
conduct evidence-based community action research designed to inform
and guide policy makers and service providers in developing and
implementing policies and programs relating to immigrants and
refugees.
