Research & Development

The research and development unit consists of staff members with backgrounds in research and experience in settlement of immigrants and refugees.

In collaboration with community organizations, post-secondary colleges, universities, research institutions, foundations and governments, the unit’s members conduct research designed to inform and guide policy-makers and service-providers in developing and implementing policies and programs relating to immigrants and refugees.
